Pamala Proctor
Founder & CEO
Pamala Proctor has been in dentistry since 1993 starting in dental front desk administration. This position included dental insurance verifications, claim denials, insurance benefit breakdowns, claim submissions, productive scheduling, dental charting and treatment planning and presentations to patients. Continuing in this skill, she proceeded to attend dental assisting courses in Rosslyn, VA and completed her Dental Assisting Certificate in 1997. Learn more about Pamala below!
Preston Proctor
Founder & CEO
Preston Proctor and Pamala Proctor have been married for 14 years and operate together in all
aspects of life. Preston Proctor has been a Washington DC Police Officer for 32 years and brings a strong skill of organization, people skills, integrity, and work ethic into this dynamic, not to mention a sense of security to the students and staff while on school grounds. His loyalty and dedication to support his wife to ensure each and every student receives the best education and training is his most important treasure in this journey.
Pamala's Background
Beginning her cross-trained career in dental administration and dental assisting, her new skill and responsibilities included assisting in 4-6 handed dentistry, fabrication of temporary crowns, dental impression for night guards and teeth whitening trays, cementing of temporary crowns, exposing and mounting of dental radiographs. In addition, assisting in specialist procedures to include endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric and periodontal procedures. Handling of dental scalpels, needles and anesthetic carpules were handled and properly discarded.
Now licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the states of Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Florida and Pennsylvania for 13 years, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in healthcare administration. With her cross trained skills of dental coordination and dental clinical skills, she has the compassion and joy of bringing 30+ years of experience in dentistry and educator skills to anyone interested in starting out in the joys of the dental world.
